Where to post free offers?

I have a special report that I'd like to offer Warriors here, and I don't want to break any rules. So I'm checking first to see what the proper etiquette is.

Should these be posted as a WSO, or is it okay to post them in the regular forum here?

In case it matters, the report is something I've put together myself, and is focused on the topic of starting an online business.

    I think you need to do it as a WSO. If you are a member of the War Room you can post them there for other War Room members.

      You can post it for free in the "make money" section - but you can't have a signup required.

      If you want to distribute it for list building purposes (signup required), you'll need to post it in a paid section or put it on your website and post it in your signature.

    Thanks! I didn't see the "make money" section. Now that I do, it seems to be set up specifically for this.

    EDIT: Just for reference, it seems the "Make Money" section is a "paid section", meaning that you have to be a War Room Member to post there. That's okay. I just thought that others should know that if they read this later.
