I am gettting subscribers,I am building a relationship..now what??

Hey guys..
I am getting a good amount of subscribers in a day..
I am getting EACH and EVERYONE to open my email.
Now - I want tips on how to monetize the list.
How do I actually conduct surveys to gauge their interests?
What are OTO's and how should I go about that?
And please - if you have found any good product about list monetization - Please refer me to that!

    I think the key is to write an email like you are writing to just one person. Once you find something that you like and you think your list would like then tell them that.

    Don't be afraid to offer something that has good value in it. You are building a list for a reason so use it for that. Sure, some people will unsubscribe, but others may thank you for turning them on to something they would have never known about.

    An OTO is simply a One Time Offer. This is something that is usually tacked on to another product that is being purchased. For example, you may purchase a wordpress theme and then right after that you are taken to a page that says "purchase a membership to our forums for all your support needs" or something like that. It's meant to only be offered that one time and never again.

    My friend. Your list seems pretty responsive from what you say. I think it's time you do an internal launch and sell them some stuff, to keep them hot and warm.

    Find a product related to your niche which the list is built in. Create 2-3 pre-launch content and release it to them every few days. Then release the main product and you will very easily make some sales
