Hello, you do need a privacy policy and doubledart cookie explanation in your TOS page. There is none of these pages and you should add them to keep in step with adsense tos they state on their forum.

You could add these and expand content and move forward, just a tip..

Oh man, Johnny. Doesn't that split-the-pot get into being classified as gambling? I am not an attorney, but you will want to run that by one or you could also be facing jail.

There are some really specific, stricky laws about what is and what is not allowed in contests in advertising.

When Google decides to come after you for using their trademark, you won't have a silly little site anymore. You cannot use Google or any variation like you have in your domain name and they have been hunting marketers down who do that and sending cease and desist notices.

  lol ... angry losers. Yeah, someone has the audacity to tell you that your little brain fart ... ooops I mean, brain flurry might not be such a good idea because you could get:
  
  1. a cease and desist (the least painful option)
  2. UDRP (the medium painful option)
  3. your ass sued from here to kingdom come (the most painful option)
  
  But hey, go ahead. Continue with your sense of entitlement to use that which does not belong to you ... it'll get you in the long run.

Your site`s layout looks a bit soulless. You should pick a more eye catching theme, post quality articles and add an about me, contact form, and of course the adsense policy to give your site a valuable and legit appearance.

I dont get it. You hide a money icon on someone else's site and then the person goes there and they get money? How does that work?

It seems like something people might like if it involves getting free money, but I have to agree with Suzanne that you might not have the domain very long.
