Anyone submit their audios to podcast sites?

hey,

i read somewhere that its good to submit audios
to podcast...do you guys do this...and if so,
is it effective for bringing to your sites?

which sites are the best for podcast? is it podcast.com or itunes.com

There are dozens and dozens of podcasts directories, and most will give you backlinks, so yes it's very worthwhile.

Yes it is easy to do. Just Google "Submit Podcast"

They will want the RSS feed and it is a good thing to do.
