Zero Sales On Amazon Since......

Hi,

I have been wanting to ask this but have waited to see if I get any more sales since getting the notice of termination from the amazon affiliate program.

I got the notice on March 10 and had already made 16 sales and figured it was going to be one of my best months but I have not had one sale credited to my account since then.

At the time I think I had 540 clicks (16 sales) and from March 11 to 24 had 870 clicks with zero sales.

Does anyone know if even though the email said we would be paid until April 15th, if they stopped giving us credit already?

I have continued to work on my sites and have several on page one with the intention of doing the ccorp in another state asap.

Thanks for any response and I know no one can fix this but I am just wondering if other Illinois affiliates are still making sales in March or if we have already been terminated even though the email said til April 15th.

Thanks,
Kim

Probably due to the new state law regarding sales tax

Just want to know if anyone else has had any sales in Illinois since March 10 or if they actually shut us down instantly after sending the email saying we had until April 15

I will move out of CA if they pass this law as well. If you don't want to move checkout Google's aff network and Cj.com as you can find great offers there and higher commission rates as well.

You see, the only (semi-major) problem with CJ.com and Google Checkout is that the trust issue isn't as high as Amazon's is. But for the best marketers out there, they make a killing with CJ.com and GC.

Look at the screenshot below. It shows a high ticket physical product I sell on the Google aff network.

If you look at the conversion rate you will see that it's insane so that proofs that there's tons of cash to be made on other networks besides Amazon with great conversion rates. It just comes down to testing and finding what works.

The site in the pic below has been performing like this for about 6 months straight now. Sometimes the conversions are even higher I just don't have a screenshot for it right now.

Wow!!! That's totally awesome and I also just looked at CJ and can't believe the products they have available and all this time I have been worried about amazon.

I have been trying to find products on linkshare and they seem to be really difficult to navigate or find individual product links. I am really glad you decided to put your 2 cents in here Jan.

Thank you so much for pointing me in what I hope is the right direction

Thanks for the tip... I just signed up for google aff and will have to check out what products cj has as I already have several sites built that are on page 1 or 2 for multiple keywords and others that are doing the dance but expect them to bounce back eventually.

UPDATE: I just sent a support request to Amazon yesterday and oddly enough, I had 4 sales yesterday. I still find it very hard to believe that I had 16 with 540 clicks and now with almost 1000 (since the 11th) I have only had 4 sales.

You might want to contact Rob Howard, on WF as CCMUSICMAN. He;s in IL and is actually moving out of state due to Illinois's new law. Ask him if his sales are halted as well?

That stinks that he has got to move due to this.
People who have built legit amazon businesses must be pretty upset.
