Thoughts on effective Twitter Marketing

First off I'l just say Hi to everyone, this is my first post, hope to make some good connections and share some great ideas with you all.

Over the past couple of weeks I've been looking at Twitter as a marketing source, Im looking at the mid term picture that one day Twitter will fully decide on the direction it is going in and it will be a good source for those with some authority on there.

So I've been doing some stuff and have almost 1000 followers now, which is great because I think once I pass 1000 people will start to think of me more as a authority the site and be much more likely to follow me back.

But this is the idea I want to discuss... what gets you more followers?

Its hard to test what tweets are actually getting you followers so I turn it to you guys, maybe there are some twitter Pros out there?

      Thank you for the question as well as the answer. I also made a twitter account before but then I never had an idea on how to get a follower for my business. I never know that there is a software for that. May I know if what software is that?

    Think lateral.

    Make about 10 twitter sites all targeting different urls and genres. If you do it right (add 500-700 per day and dropping all non followers on a 2 day rotation) you will get 100-200 quality leads PER DAY PER ACCOUNT.

    A lot of people pooh pooh twitter in here, and that is because they don't know how to do it right. I have proof that it works.

    I think it is funny when people that don't know what they are doing go at something half ass and then bash a system. Math doesn't lie.
