Fair price to charge for running a solo ad using my list? + How to monetize my newly built list?

I need advice and help about 2 elated matters regarding my list.

1- As many of you may know, I started a blog last year and it has been growing tremendously. So, I am receiving lots of advertising offers and also JV and solo ad offers.

However, I have no experience with solo ads and dont know what to charge. What would be a fair price to charge someone to run a solo ads using my list? I have a list of about 600 subscribers and they have never been sent anything to buy yet.

2- I started my list building a bit late. But its growing fats and I really dont have much experience and dont really know how to monetize it. I mean, I know I have to come up with a product to sell it to them, but I am so week when it comes to pre-selling, follow ups and etc. So, I would appreciate any hep in that front as well.

Thank you all in advance.

1-No idea as to the price of the solo ad because you should probably prove responsiveness of your list.
2-Have you been sending them valuable info along the way?

You should run ad swaps to build your list up to 10k subscribers first. I purchase solo ads and I pay between $100 - $150 for 500 Clicks.

Yes, we dont care about how big your list is. We are interested in the number clicks it can send us. So focus on clicks rather than the size of your list.

    Hope it help!

Thanks for taking time to help.

I understand that. But the problem is I got an offer the other day and the interested party isn't even asking for any data or how big or small my list is (Although I have told him/her about the number of subscribers.
), he/she just wants to run a solo ad and wants to knwo how much I charge!

      Thank you for the reply.

I really haven't been much active with my list. I started a bit late. I have a free ebook offer and after that I have send them 2 short reports (step by step guide for making money online with different methods).

So, I haven't tried to sell anything yet to see how responsive they are.

I have a big list in the health niche (about 34,000) and they give me about 1000+ clicks when I email to them within 24 hours. On the other hand I have a list of high quality buyers that I have taken good care of and although it is 1/8th the size of this health niche it gives me the same number of clicks.

So focus on building a good quality buyers list rather than getting all newbie seekers on your list. I would also pay around $100-200 for around 400-500 clicks
