Help me find yesterday post re: make $ answering questions

I've been looking for the past 24 hours trying to find a posting a saw yesterday (don't remember the category and silly me, didn't subscribe to the thread. A poster posted a notice that there was a site paying a few bucks for each "winning" answer on a question-based website. That's as much as I can remember. If your answer was chosen as being the best, you'd be paid like $4 for the answer. It was a way for noobs to start generation some online dollars. Does anyone remember seeing this post and if so, can you point me to it?

It's *not* the ad posted for answering questions for a cell phone service.
