Need info about CPA Network

Hello, most of CPA network require to provide a website url when we submit application to them. These are some questions :

1-Can we choose the existing website from internet ? Is it possible to get approval from them ?

2-May i provide the personal blog instead of a website ?

3-If i want to own a website so what its content is good ?

      You should always try to use your own website.

      Say you sign up for linkshare, CJ or even Azoogleads. The good offers those that pay hefty sums per lead always require that you have utilized your own website.

      Typically I always create a website targeting a niche, then I use Adwords and Facebook to drive traffic to it for a month or so. Once that's done then I check in Alexa to see how much my ranking has changed, then check in compete.com as well.

      Next I use that site and submit. My stats remain consistent then I always get it and can always get approved for the better offers.
