Namecheap seller not responding

INTERNET MARKETING

I recently bought two domains from the namecheap marketplace. Its been over 2 days since the purchase and I still don't own them. It could be possible that the seller isn't aware that I bought them but the problem for me is, they already deducted the amount from my paypal account.

What should I do if this goes on? Will namecheap give me a refund? Anyone had similar problem before?
