Information on Mike Dillard Lawsuit?

I have NOTHING to do with any affiliate program, I have websites which I am interested in promoting and ranking for, I am not even remotely alluding to any marketing or affiliate program. I simply would like to know how this guy was able to outrank an well known internet marketer so easily.

There are NO affilate links or anything, I am just interested in information, thats all.

The fellow sued was on page one with Dillard, but I think the issue was a pretty clear cut case of libelous statements about Dillard.

As soon as I realized who had been sued, I got out the popcorn and started watching the fun. As a "poser", I am certainly entitled to enjoy the show.

The ranking method includes a lot of posts to a network of blogs.

I did not read the legal documentation, because the document was loaded into the PDF upside-down. :p

It was hurting my eyes to read. But the Google cache certainly tells an interesting story about what may have predicated it.

Not sure what a poser is , but I see you edited your original post and stated the ranking methods includes a lot of posts to a network of blogs, isnt that the same method that callan uses? and is it effective?

The simplicity of my question may have confused you, I am more interested in HOW this guy was able to outrank one of the biggest internet marketers online.

Joe, the person being sued calls everyone who goes to the WF a "poser".

I was not at all confused by the simplicity of your question.

Here is one Google result that has the person being sued, ranked in the #1 spot: mike dillard scam - Google Search

You might have to view the Google Cache to see the context of the ranked pages.

And I did also edit my original post previously to describe how he managed to rank so high:

As far as Callan, I don't know that person.

I do know people who move rankings with posts to a network of blogs, but it is unknown whether the method will continue to be effective moving forward with the recent changes in Google.

Additionally, I think it is a somewhat spammy way to play the engines.

I think it's going to be interesting, but I think it's a "load." Sounds to me like Dillard is just whining because someone outranked him in the SERPS. Regardless, it should be fun to watch and see the outcome!
