What's wrong with Facebook Ads???

I created my first campaign on Facebook Ads 10 days ago and FB approved my ads within 12 hours.I have used CPC with 1.2$ per click
Then I decided to create my second campaign but lower cost on CPC.That's 0.3$ per click.And what's now.It has been 6 days but FB doesn't approve my ads
What's going on?Do I set too low cost on CPC.Or something?

    But Facebook will tell you whether your ad is approved or not.
    You can try to send them a help ticket.

    It looks to me like there was probably something in your ad that wasn't permitted, and it was denied - it should never take them 6 days to approve an ad. Have you heard back from them yet?

    I think you should wait a few day. Sometimes FB delay their working system. May be under processing of you ads. Don't worry .................
