No and these things are usually a scam. WU is like handing out cash.

    People beware.

It used to be possible but they removed the option to generate a VCC number.

What you could do was generate the card and then go to western union online and make a money order to yourself.

I'm sure there are ways around this such as buying VCCs with PayPal balance.

Why don't you transfer it directly to your bank or get a paypal card and withdraw it there?

      Try Alertpay or LiberyReserve instead.

Paypal and WU are different companies. I think that is not possible as of now. Maybe in the days to come. Just keep updated.

Your best option is to get a bank account and transfer the money from paypal to your bank account. So that you won't fall for any fraud's.

It isn't possible. What you can do is add a CC as a bank in PayPal, then withdraw the funds to your CC.

It does, as it is what I had to do when I couldn't add my bank.
I got that fixed long ago, but I remember that the pre-pay cards work just like bank accounts.

Prepaid Credit Cards gives you a pre paid visa card as well as a routing number and checking account number so you can just withdraw to your "bank" which is your prepaid visa card.

    Hi Elective,
One option is that you find someone and transfer the money to his PayPal account and then he sends you money via Western Union.

In this case,I won't advise you to go for an individual exchanger.Better find some reliable exchange service that operates in your locality.

You can find several reliable exchangers at:
    Liberty Reserve

Though most of these exchangers operate with Liberty Reserve, some of them accept PayPal payments too and they'll deliver your money via Western Union.Just find an exchanger that works in Singapore region.

    Hope it helps.
