If they really pay, I can do lots of money because I have lots of targeted visitor for downloading files, but Im not sure if they are for good. I heard some people saying that they dont pay or something like that.
1000 downloads for 20 bucks right..its not much
but imagine having 100 files downloaded 1000 times.

The sites you listed,uploading.com pays but megaupload dont,they usually suspend account at the time of payment.

Go with filesonic.com, I have earned around $800 in two months from it.If you want the proof, i will surely provide you.

Gain money for just uploading? I dont think so. There are lots of sites who used to scam people. For the worlds crisis now, do you think there are still people who gives money without working hard? Your just wasting your effort I think.

  some of them do actually pay... but it's isn't worth the effort unless you're uploading illegal stuff. (like i said above)

i don't know what kind of files you can have, where you are going to get 1000 downloads of a file over 450mb (fileserve for example) to get $25.00.

most people that do that are uploading illegal software, movies, etc....

for a file of 50mb or under, you have to have 1000 downloads to get $3.00.

it's not worth it. unless you ARE doing illegal stuff.

  I mean why should I wait to download and accept a limited speed, when I can get it faster from elsewhere legally?

  It may be an alternative for some musicians that want to share their music in high quality, though, for example. Because an uncompressed audio track can put quite a lot of traffic on your website.

  I have 3 Free Adult Video Download Sites that I use with Filesonic. I make money everyday. You dont have to get 1000 downloads to make money. You can choose what option works best for you. ($30/1000downloads, 65%premium sales, etc.) I get paid when people who visit my sites to download videos decide to purchase a premium account through one of my download links. I earn about $200/wk from this from just 1 site. The other 2 sites were just luanched this week and so its to early to say how well these will do.
  
  Bottom line is yes, Filesoinc pays every week like clock work, and yes you can make money this way, but your really only going to make money with an adult site.

I have tried filesonic, but i did not receive any payments from them. I think it is a scam.
I have also red on another forum that many people haven't got their payments too.
