Interviews With Gurus - What Do You Want To Know?

Howdy guys, I'm planning on doing a bunch of interviews with as many top internet marketing gurus as I can get in touch with, but I need your help ...

If you could ask any of the gurus anything at all, what would you ask? And who would you ask?

I'm open to asking questions about anything at all. This can range from business stuff, including building lists, SEO, time management, taking action, or even lifestyle stuff life like how big their house is, if they know any celebrities, what car they drive, what they do when they aren't making money, etc.

Reply to this post and tell me what you want to know, and I'll keep y'all updated on my progress.

    I'd go for what Jason Fladlien calls 'the ticking time bomb' i.e. 'if you had to start from scratch and get [achievement] in a specific time frame, what would you do?' Can be list-building, creating a product etc.

      Having just went through this process, I'll tell you that you should try to contact the biggest marketers you can find. You can pick one specific question but be willing to follow the conversation and don't be afraid to ask the difficult questions.

      I would begin by searching for the most viewed posts on the WSO section and contacting them. You will get a lot of people to ignore you, others will politely decline, and then some will tell you yes but never respond when you try to actually schedule it. Just be persistent and you should come up with a good group.

      The most important part, however is your sales copy. Once you get the interviews done, you need good copy to make sales.

    There are several things that I always look for when reading interviews with IMers. I'll post these as questions:

    1. How and when did you start? How and when they got into what they're doing now is something that really interests me.

    2. How much are you making now, approximately? This is not a question you normally ask, but it's what we all want to know.

    Are you making money in anything online other than the IM niche? And what percentage of your total income comes from the IM niche.

    The "TRUE" answers to these questions will tell me pretty much all I need to know.

      That way, they could mention a product which you can just include an affiliate link.

    Very good question there. My personal answer will be make a list of the top marketers first. Note down what they are known for such as Chris Cobb for Cpa marketing. Now you have selected the names and know what they are known for. Ask them those question which people want to hear. Like you can ask chris cobb about cpa marketing . What would be the best tip for a newbies to start making $100 a week with cpa marketing?

        Gosh, that is an easy one. They took bigger risks and were willing to fail more than the average person.
