Our Adwords get Banned...help !

Hello, today we got this alert:
"Your Google AdWords account has been permanently suspended for repeated violation of AdWords or Landing Page and Site policies in this or a related account."

as far as i see, we don't have irrelevant campaign... so i think there could be a mistake here.. so how to contact Google Representative to discuss about this ? any idea what should do next ?

    ^ Not a hundred percent true....

    I have heard of people getting another account, although everything has to be different. That includes your domain, credit card, ip address - pretty much anything you can think of. It isn't an easy solution, but I know of people who have multiple accounts if they are careful.

    Although you should figure out why you were banned in the first place first.

      I've had endless issues with Adwords, including getting my account suspended while I was sleeping after they sent my 3 warning messages in 4 hours!!!

      Organic traffic is better anyway

    Actually I got the same thing, funny part is that I have not been running any ads since 2008. I think you can do some things like clear out whatever it is they did not like and then send a letter - but then when I thought about it for a second - I don't really use them at all if ever. Also, with facebook iframes going the way they are, its the FB ppc that is coming up now as the top dog.

    You can re-activate your account but you will lose your campaign and everything with it as the post above me says. Be prepared to spend some time getting the account back too...you will probably have to make a whole new account.

      How about the prepaid balance.... are they gone as well ??
      Any success story of retrieving their account back..

      bit worries about this.. because account banned without prior notice..

    Contact them for explaination or try n create a new adword account. I have 4 adword account
