How can i mantain the good amount of traffic to my aflliliate link via facebook fan page ?

I want to use my fan facebook page is a tool for get a consitent amount of traffic to my affiliate link. My primary niche is about curing snore. Of course my facebook fan page is about how to cure snore. But we must refesh or upload content about curing snore. So i dont know how to get the newest information of this niche in order to update at facebook fan page ?

Another question from me : it is suppose that i have a website about how to weight loss fast. If i want to increase the traffic to my site, must i upload content of facebook fan page (about how to weight lose fast ) or my own website ?

    This has made me thousands so please dont discount what I am about to say. And when I say thousands I mean FB and twitter.

    Create some series type content related to hot news and then keep posting on your FB page. the more they like the more they share with others.

    A series on weight loss and snoring would work. How do you write them? EASY.
    Look up the MOST digged or popular stuff talked about on the MOST popular sites for those niches. You are looking for the most popular or most commented. Then you take (2 to 3) for each niche and then write your own story that is in relation to the 2 stories. So if the most popular is weight loss diets for 2011 and weight loss excises at home. Then you make a weight loss diet and exercise at home article thats super hot with a great title.

    Then repeat the process.

    Then link throughout your article thought not too much to your affiliate products passively.

    You will never get heaps of traffic from just 1 source.
    The facebook page will only be able to provide some traffic. You need to try to get it viral, as on facebook everyone sees what there friends are doing. So as you get people to "like" your page, more people will see it, and more people will come.
