Best Tool For Harvesting Business Emails?

INTERNET MARKETING

I have a friend who needs to do some work for a local business, and is trying to find a software tool that will pull business only email addresses.

As in emails that exclude gmail, hotmail, etc, and only emails that have the business' top level domain name, such as robert@localbusiness.com

Anyone know of a tool that could do this?

Just the word 'Harvesting' brings up a red light for spamming. Not good.
