Would you to do flipping as a newbie

1) Would you think newbie should get into flipping business?

If yes, why?

2) Which is easier - domain or website flipping?

    I would not do it as a complete newbie. Make a couple of your own sites first to get the hang of how everything works - how to create and customize Wordpress sites, how to transfer them to other servers, and of course SEO and traffic.

    That said, website flipping is a good way for relative newbies to get some cash flowing in that can keep them going while their own websites are getting going. I wouldn't bother flipping auto blogs, though - go for unique content and designs. It doesn't take much extra time to put some unique articles up there but you'll get more interested buyers.

    Flipping was the first internet marketing money making thing that I did. I liked it because it suited my skills (ie install wp), I could do it quickly, and it suited my attention span of a gnat I flipped autoblogs and did 0 link building.

    You'll find some great threads in the War Room on domain flipping (but basically it's a good idea to have a site up even if it is the domain you are flipping). Search for Gene Pimental in this forum he has posted great info for free previously on this subject.

    I haven't flipped domains so I can't answer that part of your question.
