Lead generation advice using a Landing Page.

I am promoting an online real estate investing course using a landing page. I want to find a service that can help me generate leads of people wanting to learn real estate investing. Anyone know a good service to use for this type of landing page that can help me generate those leads using the page I have set up? One you have used already that you can recommend.

    Personally I suggest you find a real estate forum and just start posting and building a reputation there. Have a link in your signature to the page. If they have a problem with promotional signatures then whip up a blog so it is informative and have the landing page from the blog.

    Forums are a great way to build up reputation and get super targeted traffic.

    Look into buying solo ads from people that already have lists in your arena. It is a safe assumption that any popular squeeze page in your niche has a good sized list behind it. Contact those owners and make some offers.

      There are Meetup groups for those interested in real estate investing. Sponsoring them (you get an ad on their page) may be an inexpensive and different route to go.
