Why was my CJ application Rejected instantly?

Hey everyone,
i've been trying to apply to numerous CJ programs but i keep getting this message

Your application has been declined by this advertiser for one or more reasons. If you have a question please contact the advertiser through advertisers detail page within the account manager.

Does anyone know what's going on? I'm from Singapore, a city in Asia. Could that be the problem? If so, is there anyway to solve it ? Thanks!

    Some times you have to jump throw hoops to get accepted. That's one of the reason why I tend to stay away, really I'm just to lazy to go threw all that work.
