Competition changes my client's Google Places content

Strange thing happened to my client's GPlaces. A competitive SEO firm changed some content on my client's listing.

How could they log in to the account, when I am the only one who has the
password...?

I know you can edit someone's site, but you're required to confirm that change by phone or postcard.

Funny part is, I still have access to that account and most things look inside as before, but the new content, including a new phone number... is still in the search results...

What's your take on it?

That's very interesting. I would suggest changing the passwords though :-)

Either a minor - or major - blip in the system, or someone has been able to infiltrate.

Once you change everything back to normal, ping it!

I am willing to do today what other's aren't, so I can live tomorrow, how other's can't.

    Are you?
