Please talk to me like I am dumb re:squeeze pages and more

I want to:

A: Create a website that has a PLR package on it that is available for download after the customer pays through Paypal or whatever.

B: Before they get to the download, they must first enter their details into my squeeze page. They are then offered a one time offer. They need to be directed to either the download or the shopping cart.

I have no clue how to gel everything together on my domain?

Please help the re-re.

    Make your squeeze page be the redirect page from PP after they complete the payment.

    Make the OTO be the page they are sent to when they click the sign me up button on your emaill capture form.

    Put a link to their purchase download on the OTO page somewhere, (not too hidden you don't want them to get angry) that says something like "Not thanks, I just want my purchase" and then they can get their purchase.

    If they buy the OTO, make sure that the second redirect page from PP has the download links to both purchases on it.

    There are probably scripts that do this as well, but this is the manual way.
