Whats The Best Way To Remove A Watermarked YouTube Video & Replace It With HD Resolution

I've got a YouTube video that I would like to remove that's gotten over
50,000 views & replace it with a higher resolution video.

Will YouTube treat this as a new video and wipe out the view count & other info that it's gotten if I do it.

    I have done this and the hit count went back to zero. Best to load the HD independently and let viewers choose from between them--with the idea of phasing out your low res version later.

    I have also ran into this, whatever you do.. don't delete the video.

    The best option in this case is to put Notations on the video.. it's not a true watermark.. but it can still notate a website or something...

    The downfall is, people can still steal your video's upload them and pass them off as their own..I hate that so much! (I have people steal my water marketed video's and upload them..and don't even remove my site!! haha free advertising but I still report it to youtube to have removed..)

    Another reason I wanted to remove the video is because it's watermarked with a watermark that's something like this
    "Win A Free iPad" and it's not converting.

    I was going to remove the watermarked video & just use annotations with
    my web page address so they can copy & paste the url or somehow make it a
    hyperlink I've got another one that's gone viral with 70,000 views.

    My Youtube channel has a total of 121,809 views & nothings converting
    I'm doing a 302 redirect with the domain I'm thinking my stats is wrong &
    it's my host because it's only showing about 700 hits.

    no sales out of 700UV's is not good...

    I'm assuming this is CPA offers?

    If it's a simple email submit, and it's not converting..(with 700UV's / month) then your site might just look a little sketchy!

    If you're not sending them to a squeeze page and you're sending them directly to the CPA offer then check the CPA account to see how many impressions you're getting.. maybe a link is broken somewhere?

    It might not be converting because people are bombarded with free offers.. but even though, out of 700uv's you should be getting a few..

    The other thing to realize is the traffic is not really targeted, so ideally you're getting 1000's of impressions a day to make it worth while.

    I was with another cpa network & I just switched over to a new one
    I'm thinking it could have been them but my stats is showing a low amount.

    Which cpanel stats is the most accurate, also I'm doing a 302 temp redirect
    and now I've got a better offer with a much better landing page direct linking.
