W8 or W9 for US citizen in Canada?

Hello

Currently I'm in Canada and I'm having a hard time finding out which form I have to submit to the CPA company. On the W9 form it won't let you write a different country as US and on the W8 it says US citizens cant use the form. If anyone knows please let me know.

    Hey,

    W8 BEN is what you send to the company. It's a form that says you do not run an American business, trade in America, yada yada yada... Basically it says you are not required to pay tax to America.
