Three Letter .CC Domain

I recently purchased a 3-letter .CC domain name that actually spells a word, and seems like it would be highly brandable. (Deals with pets).

Just looking for some advice. Would you try to sell the domain since it has a lot of good qualities and maybe get a few bucks back (it IS a .cc after all), or build a site, try to brand it, and hope for the best?

Thanks!

Let me put it this way: please contact me if you decide to "maybe get a few bucks back" because we can do business.

In principle I'd develop it happily, and not expect significant SEO problems just because it's a .cc.

After digging around some more, I'm starting to think I might need to add an extra zero or two to that few bucks back. According to Google keywords, lots of expansive room there. But, I'll keep you in mind.

So no major SEO dings just b/c it's a .cc? Good to hear and thanks for the response!
