What I like to do when I'm looking for a WP Theme is open up the installer and just start searching for terms that have something to do with what I'm looking for. For example if I'm looking for something simple I'll search for just that "simple" and I enjoy looking through the themes and seeing whats out there and what would work best for me. The only problem is that I sometimes find several themes that I like and have to decide which one will work best for me.

I know that's not exactly the answer you were looking for.. just a suggestion.

  I really like Modern Style. It's not exactly like the example you provided, but it's a very clean looking theme. You can google modern style wordpress if you want to see it as I can't post links yet.

Not exactly the same, but I'm very enamored of the Mystique theme. It's free, but works a lot like paid themes. There are a lot of customizable sections and there is a great site I found with tweaks for it as well.

Yeah, the 42K theme is pretty sweet! I love it's simplicity and the way they layout the pages.

It has tons of customization options too.
