My Anti Virus Found Multipible Virus's Doing A Full Backup Is There A Way Remove Them In Cpanel!

I was doing a full backup & my anti virus program "ESET Smart Security"
terminated my download and warned me of multiple Trojans & viruses.

Is this a false positive I have a couple of regular HTML sites and one
wordpress blog installed if not is there a good virus scanner for cpanel.

    If you're talking about viruses/trojans that are on your web server you would most likely want to contact your host (assuming you have managed hosting) and ask them to see what the issue is.

    I'm going to I downloaded the log file created by my anti virus it's a XML file
    whats a good viewer for that type of file I've got openoffice & it's not able
    to read it.
