Quick Question About My YSM Account?

Hi,

Im trying to set up some campaigns in yahoo search marketing, and I need to import them from a .csv file.

In the help files it says to click on campaigns and then the sub tab import.

It then has a note that that tab will only show up if "the import feature is supported by your account"

My account apparently does not support this.

Can anyone explain how to enable my account to import campaigns please?

    Thanks, but....

    do you see where it is starred at the end of the first sentence?

    IF you follow that star, it says the same thing: *The Import sub-link will only appear if the Import Campaign feature is supported by your account.

    Any other ideas??

    If your YSM account is new or spending only a small amount, you will not have the import feature. However you can email the csv file to YSM support and they should do it for you.
