Hubpages vs Squidoos? Any others?

To all warrior,

I've just signed-up the HubPages to publish my page online so as to create more exposure of my blog. I find that it's a great self-publishing platform which does come with the revenue churning capability.

Recently, I've chance upon another similar platform Squidoos which seems to providing the similar kind of platform. My question is whether should I focus on HubPages alone or concurrently invest time on Squidoos? Is the later worth the investment (of time)?

Any advise?

    Squidoo is more effective if you look to gain PR. So, backlinks to your blog from lens would be important consideration. Hubs, on the other hand, increases Google likeability. It gives you diverted traffic. So, decide yourself. The best way is to create both of them for your most competitive keywords.

    Squidoo has helped me out a lot. You can turn your blog posts into great lenses at Squidoo and in return create great backlinks to your actual website or blog. You can also earn money from their website. Lots of benefits with Squidoo. If you need help send me a PM.

    I use both, I find they provide good backlinking value, but you should also consider using other platforms such as blog.com, bravenet, zoho and others.
