How many articles per day best for micro niche sites?

I decide to take a micro niche site to earn money from adsense but I don't know how many articles should I post per day to keep my blog updated and be friendly with search engine?
Some one tell me 3 posts per week but the others say 1 per month.
So what's your idea?

    And all them are right. There is not a required number of article to be posted. Keep in mind that quality is better than quantity.

    Most of my niche sites have between 4-8 content pages that I build during the first 3-4 weeks and, after that, I add one post from time to time (for some sites 1 every 2 weeks, for others 1/month or 1 every 2 month). And most of those sites (around a 90%) are doing very well, even after the farmer Update.

    The most important thing here is unique, quality content. Not quantity.

    Like Wechito said, there is no "right" answer, but in my opinion, you can never post too much good content, to me, once a month seems a bit on the low side.

    I think that if you're only posting once a month, that may be enough to keep your rankings in the search engines mind as site that is posting new content on a "regular" basis, but from a viewers standpoint, that's not very often.

    I can't think of any sites that I frequent that only post new content on a monthly basis. If the site only puts new content up once a month, I'm probably more likely to find another site on that subject, that posts new info a little bit more frequently.

    So if you're just looking to keep the search engines happy, I guess once a month may be ok, but if you actually concerned about people coming to the site, and coming back periodically instead of just one time, I'd think about posting more often, at least once a week. Just my thoughts.....
