What do you think the earning potential is with 10,000 subscribers?

I keep hearing people talk about that milestone and just wondering, on average, what people with those list sizes earn per month if they have a good quality, responsive list of readers?

I guess niche would be a factor in the range but I'd be curious to know what someone in the health/beauty market would earn with a list that size.

    1000 targeted subs is better than 10000 non targeted subs.

    you want buyers. the more buyers on your list the better.

    it is all about conversion ratio.

    It depends on the relationship with the list. If the relationship is pretty good you can expect an open rate of about 30-40%.

    So that's 3,000-4,000 who will open an email when you send it.

    Out of those you will get about 10-20% who will click through to the product link you are promoting.
    That's about 300-400 people who will actually see your offer.

    Out of those 300-400 you let's say 10% buy the product

    So if you are promoting a product with a commission of $20-$30

    you're looking at about $600-$900 from one email.

    Of course this all depends like I said on the relationship of the list, the copy in the email, the price of the product, the salespage etc.

    You want to continue to always build your list. Don't stop at just 10,000 always be building the list.

    With 10,000 subscribers I was making $10,000 per month back when I was at that point. This was in the gaming niche with a very targeted audience.

    @diegoortiz - mine are similar, I have almost 3000 subscribers and usually when I launch a product/promote something, I earn about that much.

      yes i know, ive been an information marketer for about 10 years now, and with the value i give to my subscribers, all 50,000 of them thats exactly what my business banks on a monthly basis. i normally use a 3:1 rule.
