Default Here's How I Find The "Right" Affiliate Products & Programs

Internet marketing - and Internet marketers - are primarily “product driven”.

We find or create a product we want to promote, then use article marketing, PPC, review sites, email lists, etc. to promote them.

Some are more "niche driven", but it's more-or-less the same: we look for products to promote, then promote them.

Many of us go through a similar routine: we surf through the Clickbank Marketplace, or maybe Commission Junction, look at what's available, look for a good "fit", etc.

But how many of us go beyond CJ orClickbank? And what about “topical opportunities” - those “hot” niches that develop from news, current events, fads, trends, etc. Examples of “topical opportunities” would be Christmas, or Global Warming, Google's Hot Trends, recent changes in Ebay's policy, even a big media controversy. Savvy marketers look for these opportunities because they know they can ‘get in quick’ and ride a huge wave of interest and search traffic before too many others realize.

So what do you do if you are able to accurately spots a trend-in-the-making, or simply wants to target a niche that doesn’t have the greatest selection of products available on Clickbank?

The answer is surprisingly simple:

Do a search.

Click on the ads that you find.

Then check for an “Affiliates” or “Affiliate Program” link on the landing page or home page of the product being advertised.

This can often lead you to new - and less competitive - products to promote, PLUS they are directly targeted to whatever you are searching on!

I’ve done this to find many profitable affiliate programs & programs that I would never would have found simply relying on surfing the affiliate networks - in some cases, finding products ON those networks that I simply overlooked!

Don’t limit yourself to one or two affiliate networks, or even to affiliate networks in general. Search your topic or niche using various keyword phrases, click on the ads, and tailor your affiliate products so that they fit!

Forgot to add -

Using those same searches, add "affiliate" and "affiliate program" and re-search.

Example, if you're looking for products to promote in the "scrapbooking" niche, use the method above to search on "scrapbooking", "scrap booking", etc., then try "scrapbooking" + "affiliate program", etc.
