Autoresponder hurting my confirmation rate

Recently I've noticed that many of my opt-ins haven't been confirming so I decided to test it myself. I opted in 25 mins ago and still no confirmation message

This is the biggest auto responder service.. has anybody else been having problems?

    A lot of email programs filter auto messages like a confirmation.

    Some filter emails from free email providers so they would flag emails coming from Gmail, Yahoo Mail etc. (Aweber asks you to use your own domain name and not a free email provider for the return email address for this reason).

    I'm guessing your confirmations are being sent but they are being filtered on the users end and routed to their Spam or Bulk folders for one of the above reasons.

      Oh I see.

      Thats a shame because most people use free email providers. It did eventually get through and as you rightly said, went in the junk folder
