How do I work out what my site is worth to sell?
Ive spent the last few months setting up a website for my business. After doing the on-site seo, and building backlinks I am now at first page google for the 15 highest keyword searches related to the work I do, which involves providing technical services.
As its a small business, the keywords at page one are all
keyword (mytown)
- in other words the tail of each keyword includes the locality where I provide services.
The population of this city is about 1.6 million people
At present the site is bringing in about 500 visitors per week. The conversion rate of the site is about 10%
The domain name is about 5 months old.
So, lets assume that each of the services sold from the 10% conversion on 500 hits per week is worth $100
What is the market value of the site?
