Ok, so I was gonna offer this as a WSO along with some other niches but I wanted to give something back to the forum in the same way that it was given to me, free.

The niche is: snowblowers, snowthrowers

Ppl up in the north of USA and a large part of Canada are gonna start looking for these now. Ill also give you some keywords that you can use..and you also have product keywords...witch are one of the best in my opinion.

Wordtracker said:

john deere snowblowers - 20k competing pages, 1500 searches per day
snowblower troubleshooting - 2k competing pages, 730 searches per day
ariens snowblowers - 5k competing pages, 600+ searches per day

Big G's Keyword tool says:
toro snowblower - 41k competing pages, 40k+ searches per month
mtd snowblower - 14k competing pages, 12k+ searches per month

Remember that these are just a FEW examples of the keywords available, and as you can see alot of them are brand related witch means that the prospect already made up his mind of the brand all that he needs now is for you to sell him one of the models.

Recommended Strategy:

Go for an affiliate store type of site...ive made some money with that in short amount of times even if you only get 10% and stuff commission.

Go on amazon, you will find most of those brands there, get the amazon plugin for wordpress(not an affiliate or stuff), start posting reviews about them and try and get ranked.

Second option, build an actual html website where you showcase all the products like in an eCommerce store. I don't know how to do this so youll have to look it up

Marian, might be one of the most useful posts made here in a very long
time.

This is very generous of you.

Many people don't think about physical products when they think about
selling products online.

While the commissions may be small, the potential number of sales could
add up to something.

That was one of the reasons I posted this, besides the fact that I want to give back, cus I see that alot of people TOTALLY forget that you can also sell physical products online.

And like you said...the commissions might be small, but you can get to around 15%-20% commission max and if you know what products too put as your "start" products you can make alot of money.
Don't be afraid to sell hight ticked physical products

Also the number of searches are increasing as we speak...I first found this in October and the search count was ALOT smaller than it is at this point.

March in some places, the monthly searches are going to increase.

Great stuff. I live in South Dakota, and you bet your ass there is an increased interest in snowblowers this time of year. We are just at the beginning of a 3 month long snow season, so this is indeed a great niche idea.

Also, to touch on what Steve said, physical products are definitely overlooked. There is a lot of focus on promoting digital products on this forum, which is good, but I think many newbies think its the only game in town.... when in fact its just a tiny percentage of "the game".

Another tip: When you make your website don't write the reviews or customer feedback yourself...you will find plenty of them on amazon.

I know this is stupid but how do you get the commision on the sale? would you be willing to pm me and help me with this. I am in montana and yes snowblowers are a huge thing right now. Thanks for the idea

I agree with the fact physical products get overlooked alot of the time, but can hugely profitable. If you look on a domain name site like godaddy and type in domains such as johndeeresnowblowerreviews.com, you will find domains galore for most physical products.

Sometimes it can be too easy!

Something I forgot to mention, look for keywords that contain "snow blower" & "snow thrower" too...you should find some good ones if I remember correctly.

I just saw in the news that in NE USA the winter is kinda rough...more like really rough, I feel sorry for those guys but this IS the time to go into this niche...since with that kinda snow people WILL be looking for these.
