      It makes me appreciate more the infrastructure I enjoy here in the US...

      But it also makes me wonder... who is the old that can bring ours down?

        I'm really thinking that this is a late April fools' joke. Somehow I can't believe that there is any serious company just letting the whole Internet connection of two countries run through some earth where everyone could have dug them up.

          If it is it's still in the wild... Main steam media is still grabbing and running the story.

          The limited infrastructure is an indicator of why these countries suffer economically.
