Hey everybody. I am planning to purchase a successful online business from someone.

Just wondering if anyone has any tips on how to handle it and what look look for and what to look out for?

    Just read thru the forum, this question has been asked a lot of times.

    Here's a little tip: you must discount the amount of future cash flow to its present value for some certain period of time to get an idea.

    And do not forget to use some evaluation web services to get some knowledge of an approximate price.

    It helps to know what type of business this is. In what niche? Is the niche growing, staying stagnant, or declining? What are The stats?
