The best strategy is to look at what other successful domain sellers do in their listing

Go to flippa and search for just sold and change the property type to domain

change the price range to whatever you like and you will see those listing.

    Just need to model them

yep +1 for this approach. you're selling to a specific community, give them what they are after / used to and you'll dramatically improve sale price.

my personal experience - be as transparent as possible. provide verified analytics, revenue (if any) etc... and be available for questions, don't post it then go on a holiday. I see people do this all the time then wonder why no one bids.

I have a few domains (with parking pages / mini websites) -- that have small amounts of traffic that I want to sell as Domains rather than websites

Anyone had any luck selling domains only on Flippa ?

I am aware of dnforum.com, SEDO, moniker etc -- are they a better bet in your opinion?

I think Flippa is better that the others. However its better if you try using all sources but Flippa is better than all others IMO.

FYI, John Chow is holding a webinar on Thursday night about using Flippa. He promises it's a no pitch, all content webinar (and when John says it's no pitch, all content, you can believe him -- his webinars are some of the very few I've attended where even if there is a pitch, it's really restricted to the last five minutes and the remainder is true content). They're also giving out $20 in Flippa credit to the first 100 attendees (not clear if that refers to when you register or when you arrive in the room, but I plan to be there very early just in case). You can just Google his name together with "Flippa" and you should find the sign up form.

Oh, and I'm not affiliated in any way shape or form with John other than being an extremely devoted fan of his (he is definitely the guru I listen to more than anyone else).
