RSS - Do I submit every page on my website?

I built an xml feed for my static website.

I have a few questions for anyone that could help.

My website has a home page that is pretty much a sales page. The content that is on it is will pretty much stay the same forever except little tweaks here and there.

Then i have a faq section also will never be updated and a resources section where i place all my articles and this will grow to hundreds of pages over time.

DO i submit my rss feed on EVERY page? Even the ones that will never be updated?

Also right now i submit to feedage and feedest. is that all i need to submit to or should I do more?

Its practically useless to use RSS on pages that are seldom or never updated. The prime objective of a RSS feed is to enable users to follow your updates. If you do not have an update, the objective of a RSS is lost.
Therefor, I would advice you to get an RSS feed up for your article pages only.
