Weight loss niche and PayPal question

Hey all,

I am building a list in the weight loss niche and would like to add my own product into the promotion process. My question is to people who have done this before, do people who would buy diet plans/weight loss plans etc. use Paypal?

Any input would be much appreciated.

    Paypal is widely used by people interested in all sorts of niches, so I wouldn't let it stop you getting your site finished. Plus I believe you can also take credit/debit cards via paypal.

    PayPal is even advertising on TV now. Almost everyone can use PayPal. Certainly anyone who has a credit card can.

    In my opinion casual internet user love Paypal and majority of those casual internet users haven't even heard about clickbank, paydot and other merchant accounts that are known to us

    Pete,

    Remember, when a person doesn't have a Paypal cookie on their computer,
    that Paypal defaults to the credit card payment screen instead of landing
    on the pay by Paypal screen.
