How To Get A Website Valued?

Hi

Im wondering how someone would get a business valued professionally?

Is there a resource online or would i have to go to a bank or something like that.

I have searched online and have found a bunch of gag website calculators which i think are nothing more than a little amusing.

    I know Flippa has some good tools and website selling tutorials. Also helpful to browse sites in your niche to get an idea of what the market is willing to pay.

    That is a very good question. I don't know of any free tools that give great estimates. But typically a site is valued based off its monthly profit. I usually say about 10-12x monthly profit. But that's just me

    If its an online business, its only worth what someone is willing to pay for it You might think its the best business in the world but ultimately there is no way of putting a true cost on online real estate!
