[Help]How to use my PP credit.?

sorry if this questions dont belong to here but I would like to know how to do it.
Hello everyone in this forum.
My questions seems to be a noobs questions, but Im confuse.
I've got my PP account Verified with my debit card, which I can not withdraw and that's is ok for my country, I can live with that.
but I got some credit U$ 1.95 us. in this account, Im trying to buy a hosting in hostable for 0.99 cent. using this credit I have, but the only fundin option I see to pay is using my debit card and I dont want to use it cause I dont have any cent there, even I have money there I wont use it.
so how can I use the credit that exist just into my PP account without using my credit option?

    Normally paypal will always use the money you have in balance before asking to pay with a card. Maybe it has something to do with you account, maybe it isn't fully setup???

      You can't use paypal unless the hosting company accepts payments through paypal. Sounds like that one doesn't offer a paypal option for payment.

        thanks for answer and yes this site have the two option for payment. credit card and paypal, when I choose the option paypal and login into my PP account here is where I see just the debit card option as payment option.

    Login Paypal.com and ensure you have balance first.
    Then, while checking out with paypal, click change funding option to "paypal balance".


    According to other user, indian cannot pay with their balance.
