Ebook Transcription Service

Anyone know of a good ebook transcription service?

I have a couple of ebooks that I sell through Clickbank, and I wouldn't mind creating an audio version that I can present as an upsell.

I'd like to be able to select the gender and accent of the transcriber also o_O

Any ideas would be appreciated

    Check out fiverr. Obviously, they won't do a whole ebook for $5, but it's a good place to find voice talent.

      Hiya,

      I used voices.com for mine.

      I ended up paying around $150 for a whole ebook to be done. However the results were excellent and she even re-recorded whole sections of the book where medical terms and been mispronounced.

      I've found bundling the ebook with the audio is a great upsell.

    Thanks for your replies. Fiverr seems a good idea, no I don't expect anyone would do a whole ebook for $5, I'm more concerned about the quality of service. I took a look at voices.com (thanks Alex for that one), appears very professional. A little on the expensive side, but nothing I can't make back I suppose after my book has been transcribed.

    Though for my very first transcription I WOULD prefer to try something a little cheaper. Hmmm

    Don't advertise for a transcriber though! THAT generally means one that listens to AUDIO and makes a transcription, or a sort of script from it.

      I do have second product that will require a female voice, so I'll PM you when I'm ready to produce an audio version of that one.
