If the Fish is Smelly do you ask the guy sitting next to you to fix it?

If I go to a restaurant and something doesn't taste right, I send it back to the chef.

I am having trouble understanding why some don't get that the same method applies online when things don't work.

So here is my question.

Do you perceive someone who is giving you a product or service as someone who is too busy, or untouchable, or un-contactable? Do you think your issue or problem is too small or maybe too specific for the original creator to deal with?

What is your action list of what to do when something is not working right for you?

Very good point of people not being committed to solving their problem. Interesting title. For me the product owner always seemed like this huge giant who I am not supposed to ever contact even if they have their phone number on the sales page. I guess it was my thoughts on my self worth that hindered me into thinking that way.

Similar to a audience member approaching a seminar speaker. Its all about the inner confidence you possess and willingness to go to extremes to solve problem after problem.

One day a realization hit me that everybody has the same potential. It took my fears away and made me look at marketers like Frank Kern, Joel Comm, Russell Brunson as approachable and regular.

They are giants but so are you if you feel that you have super abilities. The difference is in the journey and how you face your battles. Are you willing to fight until you succeed or fight until its too much and then crumble and mentally blame something other than you as the reason.

The whole its a scam because it didn't work for me is insane. We have to be every day problem solvers. I have always looked at the internet as a arena where only the focused problem solvers that sculpt a skill into expert status win.

My action list is to figure out why its not able to work for me. Make a list of some ideas of what I can do to solve the problem. Test ideas and track results. A daily to do list with 3 sections (finance, health, personal) has been working great for me.

I'm too lazy, or it is too hard, or whatever. WOW, do you have any idea how much the various industries would be affected if I didn't have that idea? tens of THOUSANDS of dollars gone BYE BYE! Imagine if the US did that! Every 10,000 on average would be about 1.65 TRILLION USD, in the US alone! Of course, that IS over the span of several decades, and ONLY counting problems within a week or two, and being somewhat reasonable. If I counted food, it could be double or triple that! If I could do this with the government? Well, let's just say the government wouldn't get much money from me.

BTW with me, it has only been maybe $1000USD or so, total.

If I have an issue with the way something arrives at my table, and I know it isn't my mood or something that is making it seem off, I tell the chef.

Excellent thread topic. People do need to take the responsibility to speak up and ask questions or comment to the person who created the product. It is not easy for most people - I'd rather give someone information in a way they can understand it than have them feel I didn't deliver, and if all it took was answering an email or phone call, I'd be thrilled.
Great idea about putting the phone number on any offer!
