Ways to generate Leads other than Google Ads?

Hi

I am part of a small internet company specializing in selling property

I was wondering if there are any other great programs/applications to generate leads.

We have already invested a ton of money into google but yielding little results.

Any help will be appreciated
Thanks

If you've spent a considerable amount on ads with little results
there are some issues I would recommend you look at first, before
you jump to a new "program."

    1. Your Ad Copy
    2. Your Target Audience
    3. Keyword Targeting
    4. Your Landing Page
    5. Your Offer
    6. Overall Congruency of The Campaign

Adwords is nothing more than a traffic channel.
If you target your traffic correctly with proper keywords
that apply to your target audience's needs and you put the
right offer in front of them, you should have relatively good results.

Hearing that you've spent the cash, i.e. generated the clicks (traffic) but have had
unsatisfactory results, leads me to question the campaign integrity.

Look at those pieces I listed to analyze what is out of place.
Go over your analytics data to see where the holes are in the
visitor path. (i.e. Where are you losing your visitors?)

Once you identify the breakdown, fix it and run the campaign again.
This would be "split test 1a."

Take the results, analyze, refine and reinstate.
Repeat the process till you get the results you're looking for.

You can message me if you'd like to go into finer detail.

I completely agree with RichardBravo on taking a look at what your doing wrong. Start using Google optimizer to test features, ad copy, colors, page design and try to improve quality score for lower bids.

I would also take a look at your keywords to see if they really are what your target audience is searching for. Google adwords is great for instant traffic if you have the money. No other source better at getting leads.

I like the article writing/submission to directories idea.

What exactly does it mean by "submitting to a directory?"

I wanted to launch a blog, fill it with content +keywords, and get our keywords ranked high on google. I am just confuse on where to submit it to. Thanks

Ezine Articles is the #1 article directory that allows you to submit unique written articles to get on site targeted traffic as well as gaining backlinks. In the resource box at the bottom of each article is where you would put your marketing slogan to funnel the traffic back to your site.

In the resource box you want to include your keyword in your slogan in anchor text format. Google anchor text if you don't know what that is. Having click here greatly increases click thru rate.

Before you start submitting articles you want to make sure you are going after a beatable keyword. Go look at market samurai for that. Article marketing is very effective but can be very time consuming. You can get a Ezine article ranked on the first page of Google if you are competing against weak front page competition.

What's your website address? You should add it in your signature.

I would think that a real estate or property company would do well with social media. I imagine you also have a lot of literature and could easily create articles to submit. Try researching those two items a bit more. It sounds like you dumped a lot of cash into Google ads or something...which isn't always the best choice. Go for the grass-roots approach and you put in some sweat equity. It will be well worth it.

    To Your Success,
