Need advice on my blog project

Hey guys,

a while ago I wanted to try Email Marketing and created a blog for it, well it kind of failed. I did keyword research, created a freebie, a email series and a bunch of backlinks (comments, free blogs, rss feeds, bookmarks etc.) but unfortunately I'm unable to reach Google's first page and therefore the traffic range lies between 0 and 4 a day. Also those few visitors leave almost instantly, so there wasn't a single optin yet.

As you see I could use some advice here and would love to hear how you would work on this.

    Your on the first page just near the bottom. Put a lightbox pop up and you will increase your conversion rates for signups. Run PPC on various keywords to see which ones convert the best as far as signups. Create a squeeze page separate to test with the ppc.

      Yes "Best Cardio For Weight Loss" is my key phrase but I'm not on the first page, the main page is on page seven and one article is on the very bottom of page two, I just checked it :confused:
