use tax when order from Plimus?

I ordered something and paid by using Plimus, not sure where the seller is, but I'm in CA, should I pay use tax? anyone knows?

    no, "use tax" is different from regular tax. it is charged by california. but, I'm not sure what order I should report the use tax. On the receipt, there is no tax, so, I guess I will have to pay for it, da*n!

    FYI,

    called BOE of CA, they said:

    as long as it is intangible product and you did not receive anything physically, i.e. mail, package, CD, ...., you do not need pay use tax.

    now, this is the first time I think IRS makes some sense,
