I am a newbie.

I would like to do Joint Venture marketing.

I would like to do joint ventures with building insurance companies to get them to promote my property training course with their landlords.

I would also like to do this for Landlord Insurance companies.

What is the best way to go about this apart from using a good commission like £50%.

How else can I grab their attention.

I look forward to your replies.

    Hi Karlene

    Welcome to the Warrior Forum.

There is actually a forum/section within the WF, dedicated to Joint Ventures. Try posting there - Warrior Joint Ventures

    Hi karlene

Theres a JV section for this forum which would get a much better response for this thread, Maybe a mod will move it for you?

    Hi Karlene,

    Welcome to the Warrior Forum.

As Annie and Scott have already mentioned the JV forum I'll try to add a couple of ideas for you.

The first would be to go directly to the insurance company's marketing department and try to get in that way. A direct approach to people already switched on to marketing is probably a better way than hitting the general switchboard.

Secondly I would consider specialist insurance brokers as well as the companies themselves. You may well find that they are noticably more receptive and far easier to get in to see.

I'm assuming you've already started going to the landlord type forums such as:
Insurance for Rental Property - LandlordZONE

    Good luck!

    Nigel
