Why don't you use your own service? At 3 Euros per 100 it would only cost you 300 euros, no one would sell a real fanpage for less than that.

Somebody created it, could not take care of it, so he made me his ADMIN on his fanpage and then removed himself as admin.

This is 100.00% legal.

To be accurate Facebook was unclear; To say it is "100.00% legal" is not entirely correct. I'll admit my statements were a bit strong, based on this sentence:

...the issue at hand is that the company is “letting people profit from their profile”, which is strictly forbidden within Facebook’s terms.

please don't recommend such things that will lead to warriors losing their FB accounts, it's not ethical at all

Maybe I missed something that was edited, (and if so, it should have been quoted before saying something about a promise), but I didn't see anything about a promise.

It is to the best of my knowledge, not illegal, immoral, unethical or even a violation of the TOS to market on Facebook, provided you do it in accordance with their established rules. Anyone who says otherwise should consider this. FACEBOOK ALLOWS ADVERTISING that qualifies as Marketing on Facebook in the strictest of senses.

The crucial ingredient would be in accordance with their TOS/rules.

It's like when you went to a neighbor or friend's place as a kid to play a game. It was Their yard, so THEY set the rules. Don't like it? Go play in someone else's yard.

The only people, in my personal experience who hav eever made it a point to say it's 100% legal, are those who know that by making that statement, a large volume of people will stop looking into the question of legality.

I am not saying this is the case here, but in my personal experience, that's the only circumstance I've seen this statement made

You are better of using other techniques such as facebook advertising, SEO your website and put a facebook 'like' box on the site, get targeted twitter followers and let them know about your fanpage. Another useful tip would be to share related content on daily basis to your facebook newsfeed. So when someone like or comments on your post, It will create a viral effect to your friends friends.

I've never been a fan of buying traffic for FB fan pages. At the end of the day, untargetted, random traffic even if it is real, has limited value no matter what. It might only just tempt others to like your page, due to the bandwagon effect.

It's better to have a 100 targeted followers as opposed to 10k random followers, a lot of whom might be using fake accounts. I would spend money on Facebook advertising and put some effort into marketing on Facebook rather than buying a page.
